Post 46 – Day 31 Kickstart Coaching for Affiliate Marketing
Day 31 Kickstart Coaching
The training started with a big mentoring session as Dean was saying that it seems that most people haven’t being taking much action so far as he hasn’t seen many ads placed.
We are now 31 days into the training and we should all be pushing ourselves driving traffic by now either free or paid for methods, as ultimately this is our businesses and if we don’t do anything there will be nothing at the end and this is our ultimate goal to build a business and make money.
We then went into his FB ads manger account and looked at the stats to see how everything was performing so far and doing some analysis.
The information you can get inside this is quite amazing so much data captured. So glad these sessions are all recorded to go over everything again, again and again to make sure I get it right.
Also had a look into what else we are going to do as things go forward to increase leads and sales using the mapping system again looking at our business as a chain each link being a different event.
So now Dean is going to make up some extra ad events off camera to encourage people to optin for the book. Once completed this will then be shown to the audience of these training sessions.
He also added in that not to let these things overwhelm us if some of us at not at this stage yet but to just do what we are doing along the way at our own pace and catch up with these things at a later date.

Post 45 – Day 30 Kickstart Coaching for Affiliate Marketing
Day 30 Kickstart Coaching
There has been another break of 4 days since the last session in the coaching due to the Easter Holidays, but not a bad thing as the training has resumed and ongoing for another 2 weeks. Which is great.
This time has not been bad for me as it has allowed me to check up on a few things, especially the VPN and do a bit of catching up.
Dean started by saying the bulk of the process has already been covered and there is not a single day that we should not be taking action in our business.
He gave us an overview of what has been done so far to make sure everyone is clear on what we had done and why and we continue to do what has already been shown.
Any extra strategies will be covered and talked about when this happens and the reasons behind it.
There was a recap on FB ads with a mapping out and broking up into categories for better explanation, to make sure everyone is ultra clear on what has been done so far.
He reitated that no need to wait on him for the next coaching class as we have been shown everything we need to go forward. Obviously things will need tweaked and changed a bit due to results. But for now to get on with what has been shown.
We then looked at his FB Business Manager Account, there were no ads running at present although he had continued to upload free content onto his page while on his travels.
Now it was time to make new ads to push some of the free content again, showing us the process of doing this.
It’s great to be able to look over somebody’s shoulder, so to speak, to see the best way to runs ads in FB on the live webinar. then be able to go through it again watching the recordings to implement it for ourselves.

Had a good look through the VPN information and bit the bullet and got one.
I didn’t go for a free VPN but one I paid for as it looked the better option for what I needed.
I went for one of the top rated NordVPN, they were actually doing a special deal sign up for 3 years and get it for equivalent $2.75/month.
Paying upfront $99 for the 3 years, I think that is a good deal, with a 30 money back guarantee.
After signing up and paying was sent an email to download the software program.
Then input my log in details and it opens up and so far all I had to do was put in the country I want to use their server from and there is quite a choice. You can also change this at the click of the mouse.
Once this was done I tried it out on a web site I knew that I could not get access to while out of the UK.
So put in my login details and got right in……..so simply amazed.
Now it will be time to catch up with my training and start running FB ads with some confidence.

What is a VPN and Do You Need One for your Affiliate Marketing Business
VPN stands for Virtual Private Networks.
I found quite a lot of information on this subject that would have been too much to put on a post so decided to put it all into a dedicated page. Check it out.
This looks like it is exactly what I need to run my business from the different locations I will be at while continuing on my way to success while working and getting paid by someone else……….for the time being anyway haha.
What I have to decide on is, which one I want to use ( free or paid for).
Probably try the free one first to see if it does what I need it for. Basically hiding my ISP location to access sites without them knowing I am not at my home address.
If this interests you, read the dedicated page on this subject.

Post 42 – Day 29 Kickstart Coaching for Affiliate Marketing
Day 29 Kickstart Coaching
Dean is back in the UK so things should be getting back to normal after his travels of 5 countries in 19 days taking in master classes with other entrepreneurs and giving speeches at some of the events.
He had hoped during his travels that the traffic training and process would continue as it had been but unfortunately this didn’t happen due to previously documented problems.
So another apology for the disasters that befell while he was travelling but these things happen and now we will get back on track and move ahead.
He came out with where on earth are we in our business as it’s been a bit of time since we had done any real work.
So he did a recap on what has been done so far, mapping it out again just to get it clear in his own mind and a reminder for us.
Then further mapping what needs to be done to create more customs audiences for the process in FB.
He then went into FB to see what his status was for running ads and found that everything now back to normal which was great. Had a look at his stats for the free content that had still been running.
Then went on to check what had already been set up with a bit of revision to remind all watching live or later the recording.
The last 10 minutes of todays training was a great mentoring session to help push us all forward, to take more action and start our own advertising as it looks like most are not pushing ourselves forward enough and not to be afraid in doing this.
This was another great training session and will push me to do that extra bit more to get my business back on track and towards more advertising.
So I need to put more effort into catching up and also look into the use of VPN, what it is and how it can help me.
Then hopefully push on with FB ads myself as I have stalled there with worries that I would not be able to run them with me being away from my home base quite a lot.
