Day 36 Kickstart Coaching
Dean started off the session with a talk about how we are now at day 36 which is many weeks now of training.
We have all learned a lot together, him included, on these live calls which is probably the best thing for all of us.
He also mentioned that there has been little work done, by him, off camera other than the 60 mins spent per session online and of which really is not a lot of time.
He would normally spend a lot more than that dedicated to his business but he wanted to show everyone on this training what could be done in this time scale of one hour of work online training and hoping everyone did a minimum of one hour work ourselves offline after to bring us to where we are. Still acknowledging that not everyone will be up to the same level as other things in life get in the way but as long as we are making progress that is the main thing.
Things can now be done faster as we all have the strategies in place to move forward. We have all the skills knowledge and ability and it can be done quicker and quicker the more we work at it. So we should be able to shorten the time and improve because we have seen how everything is set up and done.
Its been a big learing curve for all on a day-to-day basis but it should get easier as we use it to is full extent on a daily basis. Remembering there are always the recording to go over at our own leisure to get it all done correctly.
We then jumped into Deans FB ads manager to take a look and see how things were progressing.
Check over the stats and adjusting some of the ad’s content and parameters.
Dean then went to the drawing board to show us what the metric were showing, breaking them down as to spends against leads or customer. Then back to the FB ads manager to take a look at further metrics.
We then moved onto the strategies that were talked about the other day as to further new content being produced in a sequence to put into action in the FB ads.
I am still lagging behind on catch up in the business but getting their for sure and although I have managed to watch most of the live trainings I really need these recordings to get things set up.
