Post 66 – My Affiliate Marketing Blog
Finally get all emails and all links set up and checked out to ensure no bugs. Even added myself into a link to ensure everything was fine and receiving the email sequence into my mailbox.
Had a couple of hiccups but got things straighten out without too much problem
Then got a FB ad setup and started running but after 24 hrs there was no sign of any action and no ad costs? So decided to dig into the system and see if I had set it up wrong as seemed there should have been something over that time.
I had a really bad internet connection at the time and should have waited until it improved but wanted to check and see what I possibly could have set up wrong.
Bad idea with the dodgy connection because something went wrong and I landed screwing up everything I had set up.
So finally deleted everything and set it up again once the connection was working better. At least if nothing else another practice of the setup.
Now have an ad running with a follow-up and seeing some interaction which is encouraging but so far after 36 hrs no optins.
The ad is for the free ebook I advertised last time just to get my face on FB.
Will run a further ad for Deans Video Interview as a lead into the Affiliate Marketers Playbook with my bonus of the Free Hotel Stay as a thank you for signing up for the book through my links.
